A franchisor is not allowed to impose fixed and minimum prices of goods on their trading partners. Unfortunately, Sfinks Polska was applying this practice in the Sphinx chain of restaurants. Consequently, the undertaking was imposed a fine exceeding PLN 464 thousand.
